Certified SCrum Trainings

My certified Scrum trainings will help you get better at Agile in general, and at your Scrum role in particular. You will get a sound understanding of Scrum, as well as lots of tips and ideas that you can use the next day at work.

The trainings are fun, informative, and packed with examples, games and simulations. You will learn how to do Scrum by doing Scrum.

The Certified Scrum Master (CSM) training is perfectly suited for everyone who wants to get introduced to Agile and Scrum. It is also beneficial when you have been practicing Scrum for a while, and you want to get more out of it.

The Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) focuses more on Agile Product Development and the role of the Product Owner. Product Owners get a deep understanding of their role, the tools and the skills needed.

In the Advanced Certified Scrum Master training (A-CSM) we dive deeper in to the art of Scrum Mastery. Coaching, facilitation, teaching, problem solving, conflict handling: you will learn about models and tools, and you will get ample opportunity to pracise.

Examination and certification by the Scrum Alliance are included in the fee.

You will also get a 2-year membership to the Scrum Alliance, which will give you access to many free resources (articles, webinars, videos) and other benefits.

You will also receive 16 PDU's for each training.
